What the enquiry form collects

If you submit the form, it may collect your name, email address, business details, location, current Google Ads status and approximate advertising budget.

Why it is collected

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the service is likely to suit your business and communicate with you about possible Google Ads work. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

How submissions are handled

Google Apps Script delivers enquiries to the Marble Point Creative email inbox without creating a separate website database. Google and the email provider may process or retain limited records under their own terms. Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry or any resulting business relationship.

Website analytics and behaviour insights

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, how the website is used and whether the enquiry form is working. Google Analytics may collect information about your browser and device, approximate location, referring website, pages viewed and interactions with the website. It does not receive the name, email address or business information entered into the enquiry form.

For visitors outside the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, the website may use analytics and advertising-related cookies, Google Signals and advertising personalisation features. These help measure activity across devices, understand broad audience characteristics, attribute advertising results and prepare relevant audiences for future campaigns. Reporting is aggregated and the enquiry details entered into the form are not sent to Analytics.

Analytics and advertising storage remain denied for visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Google may receive limited cookieless measurements and consent signals from those visits. Google may process analytics information outside New Zealand under its own privacy terms. You can manage personalised ads through Google Ads Settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

This website also uses Microsoft Clarity to create aggregated heatmaps and session replays that help identify where visitors click, scroll and encounter usability problems. These replays are reconstructed from page structure and interactions rather than recorded video. The complete enquiry form is explicitly masked so names, email addresses and business details entered there are not visible in Clarity. Microsoft applies consent restrictions for visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland and may process usage information outside New Zealand under its privacy statement.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or ask for information to be deleted when it is no longer needed.
